For the last few years, Rick's volleyball teams have been participating with "Dig Pink" in order to raise money for Breast Cancer. This is very meaningful to me since my grandma (dad's side) and aunt (dad's sister-in-law) have both passed away for Breast Cancer or the effects of it. We will actually know in a few days if my mom has Breast Cancer but it could very well be scar tissue. We know that God is in Control!
This year the team had a goal of $500 and they raised $840!! Go Burke Bulldogs!

When Mathen saw my shirt he insisted that he needed his pink shirt so we made a run to Target. This picture is right after we changed shirts in the car. He was pleased with his pink shirt!
Seriously, Mathen enjoyed his pink shirt. He wanted a ton of pictures taken so of course I took them :)
